- Swim in the naturally fed Barton Springs Pool, a local favorite swimming hole which is open year round and stays a balmy 68 degrees.
- Spend a day on the shores of Lake Travis, also known as one of the Highland Lakes, and provides for many activities including fishing, watersports, swimming and picnicking .
- Put on your hiking shoes and climb up the 99 stone stairs to one of the most breathtaking views Austin provides on top of Mt. Bonnell.
- 351 acres of beautiful park is what you’ll find in the heart of the city in Zilker Park.
- Emerge yourself in the college way of life by taking a stroll along Guadalupe St. also known as the Drag.
- Take a romantic horse and carriage ride and explore the sights and sounds of downtown Austin.

- Explore caves or take a dip in the Barton Creek Greenbelt which runs through the city and is tons of fun after a big Texas rain.
- Bike or rollerblade along the Veloway, a 3.1 mile paved path closed to walker and runners. And let loose!
